    The Committee on Military moved to amend the bill by striking out the title and substituting therefor a new title, to read as follows:

    Eng. Senate Bill No. 280--A Bill to amend and reenact §21A-2C-2, §21A-2C-3 and §21A-2C-4 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, all relating to the Military Incentive Program; and providing that employers who employ an economically disadvantaged veteran of any armed conflict may receive a tax credit under the program.
